F. PAYMENT TERMS.

a. 100% CASH IN ADVANCE by Telegraphic Transfer upon signing of Purchase Contract; Remit within three (3) working days through an international bank such as Standard Chartered, HSBC or Citibank. OR;

b. 50% Advance by Telegraphic Transfer upon signing of Purchase Contract; Remit within three (3) working days through an international bank such as Standard Chartered, HSBC or Citibank.

   50% Balance by Telegraphic Transfer upon fax of Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice and Packing List. Remit within the day.

c. 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight; LC Opening should be within five (5) working days upon signing of Purchase Contract.

G. Lead-time: 2-3 weeks upon receipt of signed Purchase Contract and Payment
